Hello! I'm 18 years old, and I'll be a freshman in college majoring in cell-molecular biology. I don't have cerbral palsy, so you're all probably wondering how I got here. Over the years, I've worked at a lot of different summer camps for disabled kids, hung out at Special Olympics, and met developmentally disabled adults working at homeless shelters. I've made so many friends this way and a lot of them have cerebral palsy. In the future, I will go to the medical school that I was accepted into through my college. Also in the not so distant future, I want to do a whole lot of research on cerebral palsy. Other than studying way too much and helping kids have more fun in the summer, I sing and play the violin. Lately I've really been enjoying singing everything from Mozart to Madonna. I've never had any voice lessons, but I think I've figured out a good key to singing that can apply to a lot of stuff out there: put your heart into it, and you'll find what you want.

By the way, this is one awesome web-site on cp! It will always be on my "Favorites" list.
